Comprehensive baseline check of posture, range of motion, and manual muscle strength to identify specific deficits.
Stage 3

Stage 4
Material Handling & Job Simulation

Testing of maximal safe lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling- mimicking actual job tasks like climbing or using tools.

Testing Results:
PIRCO utilizes Occupro, one of the leading FCE and post-offer screening softwares on the market. Upon the completion of an FCE, Occupro will display the results of an individuals test- placing the individual within one of five lifting categories.
Based on the category an individual falls within, they can now seek a job where they can safely carry out the required tasks.
